Our story
Mueller Stöckli Treuhand AG was established in 2010 by Alexander Mueller and Maria Stöckli, both former senior advisors at leading Swiss fiduciary firms. Their goal was straightforward: an independent practice that puts client outcomes first, with no conflicts of interest and no unnecessary complexity.
Based at Stockerstrasse 21 in Zug, the firm has grown steadily to serve more than 1'000 clients — from early-stage start-ups setting up in Canton Zug for the first time, through to established multinationals managing Swiss holding structures across multiple entities.
All twelve members of the team hold Swiss professional qualifications. The practice is certified by EXPERTsuisse, registered with the RAB (Revisionsaufsichtsbehörde) as licensed auditors, registered before the Swiss Federal Tax Administration (SFTA), and supervised under Swiss anti-money-laundering regulations.
The firm works in English, German and Italian — reflecting the international character of Canton Zug's business community.

Over 15 years in Swiss accounting and corporate tax. Alexander leads the firm's corporate client practice, specialising in holding structures, M&A support and tax planning for companies domiciled in Canton Zug. EXPERTsuisse certified.
18 years of audit experience across Swiss SMEs, subsidiaries of international groups and non-profit organisations. Maria leads the firm's audit practice and is registered with the RAB as a licensed auditor (ordentliche Revision).
Specialist in Swiss corporate and cantonal tax with a focus on Canton Zug's holding and mixed company regimes. David advises international clients on inbound structures and Pillar Two compliance, working across English, German and Italian.
