This policy explains how Mueller Stöckli Treuhand AG ("we", "us", "the firm") processes personal data in connection with the website accounting-zug.com and our services. It applies from 1 September 2023 in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP / nDSG).

When you submit the contact form or send us an email, we process your name, email address, company name (if provided) and the content of your message. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to establish a client relationship. Legal basis: Art. 31(1) nFADP — processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or for our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.
Our web infrastructure automatically records standard access logs: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, date and time of access, and HTTP status codes. Logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days for security and troubleshooting purposes, then deleted. We do not use this data to identify individuals. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracking tools. We do not set non-essential cookies. No consent banner is required.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network. Data may be processed in the EU/EEA or US. Cloudflare operates under standard contractual clauses and the EU/US Data Privacy Framework, providing adequate safeguards under Art. 16 nFADP.
Client and contractual data is retained for 10 years following the end of a mandate, as required by Swiss commercial law (Art. 958f OR). Enquiry data from non-clients is deleted after 12 months if no mandate is established. Server logs: 30 days.
