Our approach
Most fiduciaries quote only after a meeting. We publish our rates because we have nothing to hide. Fixed monthly fees mean your budget is predictable from day one.
All fees in CHF, excluding 8.1% VAT. We do not use hourly billing for standard scope work and there are no hidden charges for email correspondence, phone calls or minor queries.

Packages are based on monthly transaction volume. We review scope with you annually and adjust only if your business has grown materially.

Our monthly packages are fixed-fee. Ad-hoc advisory work (tax planning, transaction support, audit) is quoted per project after an initial scoping call. There are no hidden charges — the scope and price are agreed in writing before we start.
The Starter package covers monthly bookkeeping up to 100 transactions, bank reconciliation, VAT return preparation, and annual accounts. Payroll (up to 2 employees) is included. Additional transactions and payroll runs are priced per unit.
Yes. Packages can be adjusted quarterly. If your transaction volume or payroll size increases, we reclassify the engagement and agree a revised fixed fee. There is no penalty for upgrading or downgrading.
